Who we are
We are W Sports & Media’s entertainment division, headed by Garry Winter and Dimitris Parhas, with assistance from their team.
We are different to most other agencies in that we like to be held accountable by our clients for the services we provide and have them know at all times, what it is exactly we do for them.
In particular, we offer a fixed fee for contract negotiation and do not charge a commission on employment/service contracts we negotiate. We only take a commission on contracts related to commercial opportunities.
mentoring
We ensure you are commercially protected and promoted to the fullest extent possible and we are here for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also have close working relationships with some of Australia’s leading media identities who all assist us in a mentoring capacity to our talent.

We only seek a percentage of commercial opportunities; the rate at which varies depending on the level of negotiation required

While being South Australian based we are fully serviced nationally with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. We have close working relationships with some of the largest agencies and networks all over the world which allows us to employ a global perspective in terms of our representation.
We are proudly boutique in that we only represent talent which we believe we are genuinely able to assist in multiple capacities; we don’t want you to become just a number.
We also concurrently operate a commercial legal firm, WRP Legal & Advisory, who is also able to assist you and your family with any commercial or legal needs as and when they arise.
