We are W Sports & Media’s basketball division headed by FlBA Accredited Agent Olaf Borutz, who is assisted by Director of W Sports & Media, Andrew Hamilton.

We are different to most other agencies in that we like to be held accountable by our clients for the services we provide and have them know at all times, what it is exactly we do for them.

We recognise all our clients are different and we like to regularly meet with you to tailor our packages to suit your commercial needs and where you are at in your playing career. We seek to maximise all commercial opportunities and leverage our exhaustive contact list to service your every need.

We happily work with you to provide services important to you and, if there is a change in your circumstances, we adjust any initial action plans quickly and accordingly.

Our core services (which we believe all agents should offer as a minimum) and our deluxe services include the following:

We ensure you are commercially protected and promoted to the fullest extent possible and we are here for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also have close working relationships with some of Australia’s leading sporting identities who all assist us in a mentoring capacity to our players across all sports, including:

• Joey Wright – Head coach of the Adelaide 36ers and NBL legend;
• Lleyton Hewitt – Youngest ever ATP world number one and two time Grand Slam winner;
• Ryan Fitzgerald – AFL Footballer and national radio personality;
• Darren Jarman – Three time AFL Premiership player and AFL Hall of Fame Inductee; and 

Our fees have been carefully built, reviewed and structured purposely to ensure we can dedicate enough time to you, to ensure our goals are met and give you every chance to be successful off the court.

Our standard and deluxe packages both have a flat rate of commission however, please note from our initial consult, we will determine what services you require and happily tailor our package to your needs (including, if required, altering or amending our commission rate accordingly) .

Unlike other agents, we also meet with you regularly throughout our contractual relationship to review this fee structure to ensure you are getting maximum value for the services we provide.

While being South Australian based we are fully serviced nationally with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. We have close working relationships with some of the largest agencies and networks all over the world which allows us to employ a global perspective in terms of our representation.

We are proudly boutique in that we only represent talent which we believe we are genuinely able to assist in multiple capacities; we don’t want you to become just a number.

We also concurrently operate a commercial legal firm, WRP Legal & Advisory, who is also able to assist you and your family with any commercial or legal needs as and when they arise.
