Grace Jin

Grace joined WRP Legal & Advisory in August 2023 as a law clerk while completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide. Following her admission to practice in June 2024, Grace was subsequently promoted to the role of Lawyer.

Grace works on legal matters in a range of practice areas, inclusive of property, contract, estate planning and structuring, estate administration, and general corporate and commercial. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing estate planning documentation such as Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Advance Care Directives, facilitating Probate and Letters of Administration applications and the general distribution of assets of deceased estates, assisting with various types of property transfers such as trustee-to-trustee or SMSF acquisition, and preparing documentation for company incorporation and share and unit sales.

Grace is committed to ensuring that she uses her skills as a commercial lawyer to consistently provide her clients with the most proficient and comprehensive advice of the highest quality.

  • The College of Law – Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
  • Admitted to Practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia
