Typical Work Activities:
- Legal research.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Reporting and engaging directly with senior practitioners.

- Filing documents with registries including the Land Titles Office SA and Court Registries.

Typical Work Activities:
- Opening and preparing new files in accordance with the firms file opening procedures, including creating the physical and/or electronic file in LEAP.
- Undertaking the full suite of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, from beginning to finish.
- Drafting correspondence, special conditions, contracts and vendor’s statements.
- Liaising with clients and other parties such as real estate agents, brokers, banks and developers in a professional and polite manner ensuring the firm’s brand is promoted in a positive way and to maintain strong relationships with referrers.
- Understanding of stamp duty exemptions/concessions and foreign investment review board requirements an advantage.
- Preparing invoices (including management of invoices sent to clients).
Key Attributes:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of LEAP, DocuSign, PEXA or similar eConveyancing program
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. (Essential).
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills. (Essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to keep track of critical dates, identify tasks which need to be done, establish priorities and schedule appointments and settlements and ensure that follow up systems are in place.
