Typical Work Activities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions to clients on intellectual property matters.
- Negotiate and draft Intellectual property and technology agreements, including commercialisation, research, royalty and licensing agreements, and website/software/application terms and conditions.
- File, manage and prosecute trade mark applications (including oppositions, disputes, sales and licensing).
- Provide advice relating to privacy, financial services licensing, and competition and consumer law, and online content regulation.
- Negotiate and draft general corporate and commercial advice and documentation, including, shareholders agreements, employee share schemes, capital raisings, sales and acquisitions, contractor/employment agreements and NDAs.
Key Attributes:
- Strong understanding (or the desire to develop a strong understanding) of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including sales, purchase, supply and project agreements.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to provide guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Negotiating and structuring commercial transactions.
