  We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our commercial team. Working across a range of industries, you will have a diverse role providing legal guidance to commercial clients related to large transactions, business contracts and agreements.
  
  To thrive in this role, you will take a proactive approach to working with new clients and work alongside a highly skilled team to deliver on the amazing, tailored WRP experience.

  Typical Work Activities:

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including sales, purchase, supply and project agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to provide guidance to clients on various legal matters.
  • Negotiating and structuring commercial transactions.
  • Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Preparing legal opinions and memoranda on legal issues affecting commercial clients.
  • Ensuring that clients receive high-quality legal services
  • Collaborating with other practice areas and legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
