Alexander Belperio

Alex joined WRP Legal in May 2025 after years of experience in one of Adelaide’s largest and oldest law firms. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of South Australia, Alex specialises in corporate, commercial and taxation law, and prides himself on advising with legal precision and commercial practicality.

With a strong foundation in advising on complex legal and commercial matters, Alex assists clients in corporate structuring and governance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation advice and disputes.

Alex works closely with established entities and new ventures of all sizes to deliver effective legal and commercial outcomes, including in the fields of professional services, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics, agriculture, and charities/non-profits.
