Avery Truong

Avery Truong is an Associate at WRP Legal, having started as a clerk in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Avery is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of South Australia and is a Member of the Law Society.

As part of the commercial team, Avery focuses on a wide range of commercial law matters, including business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract law. Her expertise extends to advising clients on transactions, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
