Clare O’Mahoney

Clare O’Mahoney joined WRP Legal & Advisory in March 2026 and specialises in commercial and property transactional and advisory work.

Clare has experience advising and assisting clients with the initial stages of establishing business structures, such as companies and trusts, through to preparing and reviewing documentation, including contracts, commercial leases and business and share sales and purchase agreements, and guiding transactions through to successful completion.

Clare aims to provide commercially sensible advice that is relevant and tailored to the client’s business and industry, and overall objectives.

• Bachelor of Science (Microbiology, Immunology & Evolutionary Biology) – University of Adelaide
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – University of Law

• Admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of South Australia
