Matthew Georgiadis

Matthew is a dedicated solicitor working in our property and commercial teams. With a strong interest in property and commercial transactions, he has experience drafting, reviewing and advising on a variety of contracts, agreements, leases, and commercial disputes across various Australian jurisdictions.

Matthew also advises clients on corporate transactions and capital raising, ensuring smooth transactions and regulatory compliance.

Matthew also assists clients who are looking to acquire property holdings and businesses. Holding a double degree in Law and Commerce (Corporate Finance), he can assess the legal and financial aspect of any deal to provide tailored advice to his clients.

Outside of work, Matthew is an accomplished sportsman with multiple premierships in cricket, soccer, football, and squash, and enjoys volunteering and spending time with family and friends.
