Nicholas McCann
Nick joined WRP Legal & Advisory in 2018, bringing experience from a respected Adelaide commercial law firm and a background as a tax accountant and company auditor. He specialises in corporate, commercial, and tax law, providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Nick works with private individuals, family groups, large companies, and not-for-profits on matters such as tax planning, asset transactions, restructures, and compliance. He has significant expertise in tax disputes and has lodged submissions on issues such image rights taxation and SA’s 2019 land tax reforms.
Nick also presents at various Tax Institute events, including the recent 2024 Noosa Convention.
