Nicola Fortune joined WRP Legal & Advisory in April 2026 as Senior Conveyancer and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s conveyancing practice.
Nicola brings extensive experience across real estate transactions, property development, and high-value conveyancing matters involving commercial, residential, and industrial land. She has played a significant role in major Torrens and community titled residential and mixed-use developments, including large-scale apartment and townhouse projects across South Australia.
Known for her practical and solutions-focused approach, Nicola is skilled at identifying key issues early and navigating complex matters with clarity and precision. She is approachable and committed to making the conveyancing process efficient, seamless, and stress-free for all clients.
Area of Expertise
- Acting for vendors and purchasers in residential (including off the plan staged settlements), commercial, retail and industrial transactions
- Working with property developers on large scale Torrens and community titled developments, from project inception through to end stage settlements.
- Preparing and negotiating contracts, special conditions, encumbrances, by-laws, and scheme documentation
- Managing Land Services SA registry requirements, including land division applications, caveats, mortgages, easements, and time-critical registration matters
- Acting for clients in deceased estate and matrimonial conveyancing transactions
- Overseeing a broad transaction portfolio across South Australia and interstate, including high-value and complex transactions
