Now serving as Practice Manager at WRP Legal, Nicole oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across legal departments.

She is instrumental in implementing innovative working methods, investing in new technology, and managing compliance, risk, and policy development, all while maintaining the firm’s high standards of professionalism and service.
