Sophie O’Grady

Sophie joined WRP Legal in 2024 as a Law Graduate, gaining promotion to Lawyer following her admission to practise in June 2025.

Sophie advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, with a focus on corporations law, corporate governance, business structuring, and regulatory compliance. Sophie works closely with our Corporate and Commercial teams, where she has developed hands-on experience across a variety of areas.

Her work includes drafting and advising on commercial agreements such as share sale agreements and business sale agreements, shareholders agreements and employment, contractor and services agreements and supply agreements.

With a double degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Adelaide, Sophie brings a strong commercial perspective to her legal practice. Her ability to understand her clients’ business objectives allows her to provide practical, commercially astute legal advice tailored to their needs.
