Tanja Maley

Tanja joined WRP Legal in 2026.

Tanja is a corporate lawyer with extensive domestic and international experience advising listed companies, companies seeking to list on the ASX, private equity sponsors, investment banks, brokers, venture capital investors and founders on equity capital markets transactions, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and strategic corporate advisory work. Her experience includes capital raisings, ASX listings, schemes of arrangement, reverse mergers, and asset and share sale acquisitions.

She supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through to execution, disclosure, regulatory compliance and post-completion governance, delivering practical, commercially driven advice aligned with their strategic objectives.
