Alice Watson

Alice joined WRP Legal in 2021 through the Clerkship program. She was admitted as a lawyer in June 2022 and quickly made her mark, being promoted to Associate in January 2024.

Specialising in corporate and commercial law, Alice advises clients on a wide range of matters, including commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, business structuring (of both new and existing ventures) and corporate governance.

With a double degree in law and commerce, Alice can offer practical, astute advice, drawing on her experience with commercial agreements such as share sale agreements, employment contracts, services agreements and supply agreements. Her keen interest in commercial matters allows her to effectively meet her clients’ needs.
