Julia Zisos
Julia is a skilled corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder disputes, governance, and business structuring.
Since joining WRP Legal in 2015, she has advised a wide range of clients, from ASX-listed companies to charities and SMEs.
Recent highlights of Julia’s work include a $70M sale of a health services provider to an ASX-listed insurer, a $500M restructure of 60+ landholdings for SA’s largest commercial landholder and advising on a high-profile trademark dispute involving a global corporation and a tennis star. She also guided a major food processor on negotiations for multi-million-dollar equipment and worked with a multinational e-commerce client on a capital raise and IPO preparations.
