Wayne joined WRP Legal & Advisory in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer; in January 2022, Wayne became the firm’s, Chief Executive Officer.

​With an experience of twenty-plus years in corporate advisory, Wayne is very diligent in overseeing WRP Legal & Advisory’s clients, people, practices, and growth strategies.

Wayne aims to ensure that WRP Legal & Advisory meets clients’ expectations. Wayne also serves as Chairman of the WRP Legal & Advisory board of Directors.
